1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Clear Space Services website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Area and Provision

Clear Space Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services primarily in the Framingham, MA region. All services are subject to an accepted quote and our service team’s availability.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are Estimates: Initial quotes provided via the landing page are estimates only. The final price may change based on property inspection or if the actual condition differs from the details provided.

Additional Charges: Extra services requested on the day of the appointment may incur additional fees.

4. Service Cancellation and Fees

24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booked service.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee or the full service cost, at our discretion.

Access Policy: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time (e.g., entry codes are incorrect or the door is locked), the client will be charged the full service amount.

5. Liability for Damages

Reporting Damages: The client must report any perceived damage caused by our team within 48 hours of the service completion. Failure to meet this deadline may limit our ability to address the issue.

Valuables: We strongly recommend securing all valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to the team’s arrival.

Limit of Liability: Our financial responsibility for any damages is limited to the cost of repair or replacement (at depreciated value) or the total cost of the specific cleaning service, whichever is less.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, U.S.A.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
